President Jahjaga’s agenda for January 12th, 2016 President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, accompanied by the leaders of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and of the American and German Chambers of Commerce in Kosovo, will be conducting visits to a number of municipalities of Kosovo, undertaken in support the local economic development and support to the foreign investments in our country. At the commencement of this activity, President Jahjaga will issue a media statement. President Jahjaga decreed two judges of the Constitutional Court
President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, in congruity with the Article 84, sections 4 and 19, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, and Article 7 of the Law Nr. 03/L-121 on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, and based upon the decision of the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo for the proposal of judges of the Constitutional Court, has decreed today the appointment of Ms. Gresa Caka-Nimani and Ms. Selvete Gërxhaliu as judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
