The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, received the Ambassador of Finland to Kosovo, Mr. Matti Nissinen. During the meeting, opportunities for further strengthening bilateral relations were discussed, with a particular focus on the areas of security, education and economic development.
President Osmani praised Finland as an important partner of Kosovo. In this context, Madam President reaffirmed Kosovo’s commitment to the expansion of cooperation with Finland and supporting Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic journey.
During the meeting, President Osmani’s visit to Finland, which will take place by the end of this month, was also discussed. This visit is expected to contribute to further strengthening of relations between the two countries and deepen cooperation in areas of common interest.
