The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received a delegation from the United Kingdom, led by MP Alex Sobel and member of “City Leaders”, Cllr Helen Hayden.
During the meeting, they discussed the possibilities for the expansion of cooperation in various fields, with a focus on sectors of mutual interest and on concrete opportunities for advancing joint projects.
They also discussed the steps being taken following the President’s initiative for a strategic cooperation agreement in the fields of defense and economy, which was welcomed by the United Kingdom’s Secretary.
President Osmani also underlined that this agreement aims to further strengthen ties between Kosovo and the United Kingdom by building new bridges of cooperation in the fields of defense, economy, and other strategic sectors, which contributes to the sustainable and comprehensive development of the two states.
