The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga received today the Minister of Health of the Republic of Latvia, Mr. Guntis Belevics, with whom she discussed about the expansion of cooperation between the two countries in the field of health.
President Jahjaga and Minister Belevics also stressed the importance of exchanging experiences and personnel between the two countries in the field of health.
President Jahjaga praised the cooperation between the two countries and stressed that the deepening of cooperation between Kosovo and Latvia, the exchange of experiences in all areas, including health, is of particular importance.
The Minister of Health of Latvia, Mr. Guntis Belevics stressed that Kosovo and Latvia have similarities in many fields and stressed the importance of cooperation in the health sector in particular. He also spoke about the work that is done in his country in the field of health and the transfer of experiences in Kosovo as well. Minister Belevics said that his country is interested in deepening cooperation with Kosovo and to help it in its democratic processes.
