President Jahjaga received the President of the International Olympic Committee Thomas Bach
The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga received today the President of the International Olympic Committee, Mr. Thomas Bach, accompanied by a high delegation of the IOC, whom she awarded the Presidential Medal of Merits, for his contributions for the sport of Kosovo and its acceptance of equal member of the IOC.
The National Council for the Survivors of Sexual Violence during the War developed the meeting for the drafting and finalizing of the normative acts necessary for the recognition and verification process of the status of victims of sexual violence during the war
The National Council for the Survivors of Sexual Violence during the War, which is headed by the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, in cooperation with the Legal Office of the Office of the Prime Minister and UNWOMEN, from 15 to 17 April 2015 has held a three-day workshop of the Governmental Working Group for the drafting and finalizing of the normative acts necessary for the recognition and verification process of the status of the victims of sexual violence during the war. These acts emerge as determined obligation by Law on the Status and Rights of Martyrs, Disabled, Veterans, Members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Sexual Violence Victims of War, Civilian Victims and their Families. This workshop was made possible by UNWOMEN.
President Jahjaga discussed with the heads of the parliamentary groups of the political parties represented in the Assembly of Kosovo
The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, has discussed today in separate meetings with the heads of the parliamentary groups of the political parties represented in the Assembly of Kosovo: Mr. Adem Grabovci from the PDK, Mr. Ismet Beqiri from the LDK, Mr. Glauk Konjufca from VV, Mrs. Valdete Bajrami from the Initiative for Kosovo, Mrs. Donika Kadaj Bujupi from AAK, Mrs. Duda Balje, Danush Ademi and Kujtim Paqaku from the parliamentary Group 6 +.

The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga visited today the village of Çikatova, in Drenas, where she participated at the reburial ceremony of the remains of 21 persons missing during the war.
Statement of the President on the judgment of the Constitutional Court about the constitutional amendments
The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga today has received the judgment of the Constitutional Court about the constitutional amendments for the creation of the Special Court. In this case, President Jahjaga said that with this judgment a step towards the fulfillment of the international obligations of the Republic of Kosovo is made, in full respect of the spirit of the Constitution of the country and its laws.
