The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga decreed today the appointment of Mr. Bekim Sejdiu, judge in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
Present at the decreeing ceremony was also the President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Enver Hasani.
The enactment was made based on Article 84 (19) of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 7 of Law no. 03 / L-121, on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, and based on the Decision of the Assembly of Kosovo on the proposal of the judge of the Constitutional Court.
Mr. Bekim Sejdiu made the oath today before President Jahjaga.
