President Thaçi travels to the USA, to have meetings with the US administration
Prishtina, February 23 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, has traveled today to the United States of America, where he will meet senior US administration officials. The USA has returned its attention to the developments in Kosovo and the region, committing itself to reaching a final peace agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, as well as paving the way for foreign investment and economic development.
The second round of public consultations on the establishment of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission begins
The Preparatory Team on the establishment of the Truth adn Reconciliation Commission has commenced the second round of concultations, with the group of civilian victims and the family members of the missing. In this consultation proces, the Team plans to also include other groups of citizens, so that the inclusion will be even bigger, to create later on a legal basis based on the needs and requests of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
