President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, received today at a meeting the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Austria in Kosovo, Mr. Gernot Pfandler, who on this occasion presented his letters of credence.
President Jahjaga highly praised the relations and inter-state and inter- institutional cooperation between the Republic of Kosovo and Republic of Austria. She pointed out the importance of expansion of this cooperation in all fields of mutual interest, particularly in the field of economic development and attraction of Austrian investments in Kosovo.
President Jahjaga appreciated the support which Republic of Austria has provided to the institutions of Kosovo in all state building processes and the expressed readiness to continue the support for international consolidation of Kosovo and its membership in international organizations.
Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Kosovo, Mr. Gernot Pfandler, said that his government remains dedicated to expansion of cooperation with the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in all fields of interest to both countries.
