At the swearing-in ceremony before the President of the Republic, Judge Miljana Radojevic swore that: “I will remain faithful to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the laws in force and will respect the rules of professional ethics, as well as I will perform faithfully independent, professional and impartial in its duties”.
President Osmani emphasized that integrity, independence and impartiality, as well as the professionalism of judges are essential elements for a justice system that guarantees equality for all and civic trust.
