The President of the Republic of Panama, José Raúl Mulino, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kosovo.
In his letter, President Mulino, on behalf of the people and Government of the Republic of Panama, expressed his most sincere congratulations on the Independence Day of the Republic of Kosovo, emphasizing that this event marks the affirmation of its national sovereignty.
He appreciated the bonds of friendship that unite the Republic of Panama with the Republic of Kosovo and reaffirmed the readiness to continue promoting and further strengthening bilateral relations.
President Mulino also wished well-being, progress and prosperity to President Osmani, the Government and the people of Kosovo.
