In her congratulatory message on the occasion of February 17th, the Secretary General of the International Organization of La Francophonie, Louise Mushikiwabo, conveyed heartfelt congratulations to the institutions and citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, on behalf of the Francophone community.
She praised Kosovo’s journey as part of La Francophonie since its membership in 2014, emphasizing that its contribution continues to enrich the cultural and linguistic diversity of this community. The Secretary General expressed gratitude for Kosovo’s active participation in the 46th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, describing its successful conclusion as evidence of fruitful cooperation between member states.
In this context, Ms. Mushikiwabo expressed her belief that Kosovo will continue to make its active contribution to the success of the summit and to the advancement of the international mission of La Francophonie.
