President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, and the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, have sent a joint letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, upon assuming the office of the head of state, through which they offered their personal engagement to fulfil Kosovo’s European vision.
