During her visit to Luxembourg, the President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, was received by the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies Fernand Etgen and the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Jeane Asselborn.
At both meetings, President Osmani expressed her gratitude to Luxembourg for the developmental support provided to Kosovo since 1999 in various fields, as well as in the European integration process.
In this context, President Osmani expressed her confidence in continued support by Luxembourg to the processes of Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe and in other international organizations.
President Osmani emphasized that the application for membership in the EU is a strategic orientation of Kosovo, whereby the European integration is supported by a large majority of its citizens.
