The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani received today at a meeting the
President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Gresa Caka-
Nimani, whom she congratulated on her new tenure and offered full inter-institutional
cooperation.
Furthermore, President Osmani emphasized the important role of the Constitutional
Court in guaranteeing constitutionality as the final body of interpretation of the Constitution.
President of the Constitutional Court Mrs. Caka-Nimani emphasized that she intends to
engage towards addressing of the challenges faced by the Court. According to her,
cooperation with the institution of the President is necessary for the protection of the
democratic functioning of the institutions.
