The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani commemorated the 23rd anniversary of the Massacres in the Bosniak Quarter in Mitrovica and in Sllovi, Lipjan.
In the Bosniak Quarter, forces of the Serbian genocidal regime executed 23 innocent civilians, while in Sllovi 45 Albanian civilians and many others were wounded on the 15th and 16th of April 1999.
“We will always remember the past, we will always remember the fallen and we will always seek justice for the victims,” said President Osmani.
