The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani commemorated the lawyer Bajram Kelmendi and his two sons, Kastriot and Kushtrimin.
Madam President’s full statement:
On the day NATO decided to end the genocidal regime of Slobodan Milosevic with the launch of airstrikes, lawyer Bajram Kelmendi and his two sons Kastrioti and Kushtrimi were kidnapped by Serbian forces and brutally executed.
The execution of the lawyer Kelmendi and his sons was planned and a manifestation of the savagery of the Serbian criminal regime at a time when our freedom began to appear on the horizon.
We will remember lawyer Kelmendi for his tireless commitment to the field of justice and we will never stop until their assassins are brought to justice.
May the memory of the lawyer and his sons be eternal!
