The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani commemorated the birthday of our national hero Gjergj Kastrioti – Skënderbeu.

Today we remember Gjergj Kastrioti – Skënderbeu, the great unifier of the Albanians and the guide and director towards civilizing values and civilization, to which we belong for millennia.
The Albanians saw in him not only their national hero and the defender of their homeland but also the great national strategist, who knew how to establish and maintain new alliances and renew old ones, create civil and military institutions and lay the foundations of Albanian diplomacy, but above all, to nurture in everyone the love for Arbëria and for the values of his own people.
To this day, he remains a model of the military strategist and the political sage, a seasoned diplomat and the custodian and reinforcer of the foundations of the homeland. His name is eternal and the memory of his glory is endless!
