The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, commemorated the 23rd anniversary of the Studime, Vushtrri Massacre. On May 2nd 1999, forces of the Serbian genocidal regime shot 116 civilians within two hours, including boys, men, women, children and a pregnant mother.
“From the 5-year-old child, the pregnant mother to the elderly, all were brutally killed by the Serbian genocidal regime within two hours. This clearly shows a monstrous planned crime for which unfortunately no one has yet been brought to justice. This is one of the most horrific massacres in Kosovo. Honoring the fallen is our obligation, in addition to the commitment that the perpetrators of the crime be brought to justice,” said President Osmani in her commemoration.
