President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, has today reached the decision in relation to holding of the local elections in the Republic of Kosovo on November 3rd, 2013.
Decision was reached, based upon the article 4 of the Law on local elections in the Republic of Kosovo as well as based upon the consultations with the political parties and the Central Electoral Commission.
This decision directs the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kosovo to undertake all the necessary steps required for the organisation and holding of the local elections, in accordance with this decision and the laws in force.
