The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, received today US Congressman, Mr. Dana Rohrabacher, with whom she discussed about the current developments in Kosovo and in the region as well as about the path towards Euro-Atlantic integrations.
President Jahjaga and Congressman Rohrabacher praised the achievements in Kosovo by putting special emphasis on the economic development, foreign investment which would enable the creation of new jobs and in this regard the development of the energy sector. The two interlocutors discussed about the needs of Kosovo in the field of energy and finding ways to use alternative energy.
President Jahjaga and Congressman Rohrabacher also discussed about the strengthening of democracy in Kosovo, the building of an inclusive society and the advancement of human rights for all the communities living in Kosovo and in particular of the minority communities.
