President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, received today in a farewell visit, the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy, Mr. Michael Giffoni
President Jahjaga thanked Ambassador Giffoni for the cooperation of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and Republic of Italy. She emphasized that contribution of Italy continues to remain important in the process of Kosovo’s journey towards EU integration, stating that Kosovo’s successes are also successes of our friendly countries.
Ambassador of the Republic of Italy, Mr. Giffoni, praised the cooperation which he had with the institutions of Kosovo during his tenure. He emphasized that the European Union project will be accomplished only when all the countries of the western Balkans will become its members.
