President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, participated today at the unveiling of the memorial plaque for the Jews who perished in the Nazi concentration camps during the Holocaust.
Also present at the unveiling were the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Jakup Krasniqi, Prime Minister Mr. Hashim Thaçi, Israeli Ambassador Yossef Levy as well as Ambassadors accredited in Kosovo.
This event was held as part of the Week of Tolerance and Reconciliation in Kosovo, being held in Prishtina, from May 20th to May 26th, 2013.
