President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, expressed her felicitations on the decision of the European Union member states for the commencement of negotiations on the Stabilisation-Association Agreement with Kosovo.
President Jahjaga stated that this confirms the progress achieved and marks a new stage in relations with European Union, clarifying the European perspective.
Contractual relations between Kosovo and EU, through the SAA, will enable the advancement of the democratic processes, expand the all inclusive reforms and offer a perspective for economic development.
Institutions of the Republic of Kosovo are dedicated to accomplishment of all reforms required for membership, which also enable a better wellbeing of the citizens.
