The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga met in a joint meeting with the heads of institutions of the country, the President of the Assembly, Mr. Kadri Veseli, the Prime Minister, Mr. Isa Mustafa and the Minister of Justice, Mr. Hajredin Kuçi, to coordinate the institutional and legal actions and obligations for the creation of the Special Court. Because of the visit abroad, President Jahjaga has also met with Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Hashim Thaçi, during the day.
At this meeting, the heads of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo agreed that institutional heads to create a joint technical team to review the necessary documents for the establishment of the Special Court, the creation of which has already been approved by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
The leaders of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo emphasized the need for a general consensus in various stages of the implementation of this international obligation of Kosovo.
