The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, together with the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca and the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, at the beginning of the activities on the occasion of marking the 14th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kosovo, paid homage and lay wreaths of flowers at the “Adem Jashari” Complex in Prekaz, at the grave of former President, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova and at the grave of activist Adem Demaçi.
During the day, President Osmani will deliver a speech at the solemn session of the Assembly of Kosovo and will be present during the parade of the soldiers of the Kosovo Security Force and the Kosovo Police which will be held on the “Mother Teresa” boulevard in Prishtina and will participate at the state reception organized for the 14th anniversary of Kosovo’s Independence.
