The Brigadier General Dr. Sefer Isufi, the military advisor to President Vjosa Osmani, attended on her behalf the annual Remembrance Day ceremony, organized by the British Embassy in Prishtina, alongside other local and international dignitaries.
On this occasion, General Isufi conveyed to the British Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Jonathan Hargreaves, President Osmani’s message of gratitude, appreciation and highest respect to all British service members who lost their lives in Kosovo and around the world in service of peace, security and the protection of the highest values of freedom and democracy.
“We bow eternally to them, their families and all the British allied forces who sacrificed and continue to sacrifice for the security of our country, as well as for peace and security in the region and across the world”, stated President Osmani’s message, as conveyed by Brigadier General Isufi.
