Born on 30 August 1951, in Marec, Municipality of Prishtina.

Son of Isa and Nazmije.

Married to Mrs. Masha Pacolli

Parent of six children, Arbresha, Selene, Hana, Isa, Diar and Arman

Primary and secondary education, Prishtina (two high schools, Ecole Normale and Gymnasium in Prishtina).
