President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, received today at a meeting the European Parliament Raporteur on Kosovo, Ms. Ulrike Lunacek.
President Jahjaga and MEP Lunacek discussed Kosovo’s Euro integrations process and reforms stemming from the European agenda.
President Jahjaga thanked Ms/ Lunacek, MEP, for her personal contribution and support for the approval by members of the European Parliament of the Resolution on Kosovo. Madam President stated that institutions of Kosovo are dedicated to the fulfilment of all the necessary criteria and standards which will ensure successful conclusion of the negotiations on Stabilisation-Association Agreement this spring. She also added that Kosovo’s institutions are also dedicated to the establishment of Rule of Law in the whole of the territory of Republic of Kosovo.
EP’s Raporteur on Kosovo, Ms. Lunacek, praised the achievements of Kosovo and emphasized the importance of organisation and holding of the successful elections in the whole of the territory of Kosovo.
