The Constitutional Declaration of July 2nd 1990 was the starting point towards the realization of the long-held idea of Kosovo as an independent state.
Today, on this anniversary, I had the honor to meet some of the delegates of that time, whose courage and determination marked a historic act, through which the foundations were laid for today’s reality – the independent and sovereign Republic of Kosovo.
