The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani said that the battle with COVID-19 is not over yet while thanking President Macron and the French people for the donation of 117,000 Pfizer vaccines.
“France has once again along this challenging journey, proved to be a friendly and solidary country. On behalf of our citizens, I want to thank President Macron and the French people for their donation of 117,000 Pfizer vaccines. A proper contribution, at a right time, ” said President Osmani.

Our institutional commitment to fighting the pandemic has been continuously strengthened through the support of our partners and allies.
France has once again along this challenging journey, proved to be a friendly and solidary country. On behalf of our citizens, I want to thank President Macron and the French people for their donation of 117,000 Pfizer vaccines. A proper contribution, at a right time.
Kosovo has achieved a good level of vaccination and our citizens have shown a high level of collective responsibility and awareness. But, we still have work to do ahead of us. As proven elsewhere, the third dose is necessary to prevent a new wave of infections.
