In this letter, President Mohamud calls this anniversary as a moment of special significance for the country, linking it to the stability shown over the years and the unwavering orientation towards strengthening sovereignty, democratic order and sustainable development.
He praised the progress achieved by Kosovo under the leadership of President Osmani, while expressing confidence that the country will continue to strengthen and develop.
