On the twentieth anniversary of their assassination, President Osmani bestowed the “Hasan Prishtina” Order to Bekim Kastrati and Besim Dajaku for their contribution and patriotic activity.
“One of them with his contribution in the field of freedom of speech and the other in the protection of the country's institutions, serve as evidence of the time and are at the same time an invitation for the establishment of justice in the country.
“They will rest in peace when justice receives an epilogue, because they are contributors to freedom and democracy in the country,” said President Osmani at the warding ceremony.
Family members of Bekim Kastrati and Besim Dajaku thanked President Osmani for the appreciation shown to the individuals who have contributed to the state of Kosovo.
