24 years since the Massacre in Shtutica, Verboc and the surrounding villages of Drenas, in which 275 children, old men, women and men were executed by the Serbian genocidal regime.
They were killed just because they were Albanians, in their lands and just because they wanted freedom.
Today, the memory for them is a call for justice, as for all other massacres committed throughout Kosovo.
On that fateful day, it was the KLA soldiers led by the hero Ilaz Kodra, who defended the civilian population. 40 of them gained eternity by becoming the sacrifice of our freedom.
