25 years ago, Milosevic’s genocidal regime mercilessly and savagely took their lives, massacring 23 members of the Deliu family, children, elderly, women and youngsters, all from 2 to 94 years of age.
On this day, we also commemorate the heroism of the KLA martyrs, Valdet Xhemajli, Vesel Demaku and Afrim Hajdari, who fell on the altar of freedom.
Let’s remember with love and respect all those we lost and let’s work together to bring the perpetrators to justice!
May the memory of the martyrs and the fallen of Abria be eternal!
