At the invitation of the Camp Bondsteel US Command, the First Gentleman Prindon Sadriu, attended the United States Army Ball (Army Ball) to mark the 249 years of its service. The US Army was established on June 14th 1775, and the Ball serves to honor all the martyrs who gave their lives serving their country and at the same time to encourage new soldiers to join the military service. The First Gentleman, as a delegate of President Osmani at this event, expressed his deep gratitude for the service of all American soldiers throughout the years in Kosovo and around the world to guarantee peace and security for all.
At this ball, held for the first time in Kosovo, participants also raised a toast in honor of the President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, to express their mutual appreciation for the continuous cooperation between Kosovo and the USA.
