President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, expresses the dedication of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, its security and justice mechanisms, for the upholding and guaranteeing of the Constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo and the national security of its citizens and its allies.
President Jahjaga considers that actions of the security mechanisms- which aim to prevent illegal activity, inclusive of incitement of inter-religious hatred and alleging of the citizens of Kosovo with extremist causes- are being undertaken so that a free, safe, peaceful and tolerant Kosovo can continuously be ensured, free of phenomena which aim to infringe the values and ideals upon which me have built our state and our long lasting tradition of religious harmony.
President Jahjaga said that institutions of Kosovo understand fully their responsibility to act against this global threat in accordance with the will and the determination of the citizens of Kosovo for the building of a tolerant country, a contributor to the collective security, a country uncompromised to the calls for the destruction of the constitutional order, which guarantees the human rights and freedoms, or activities which threaten the peace and stability.
