Serbian criminal gangs have lost every single battle against Kosovo institutions.
They will fail again, in their cowardly attempts to attack the vital infrastructure of our Republic through terrorist acts. The protection of constitutionality and legality in every corner of the country and the uncompromising fight against these criminal elements are vital.
I call on our citizens to continue to show restraint and maturity while our institutions are investigating the case and repairing the damage with the utmost professionalism. In addition to our institutions, our international security partners have immediately offered their assistance in reparation of the damage caused and in the provision of water supplies, as well as in the investigation of this act committed against our state and our citizens.
