Prishtina, November 16 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, has traveled to Canada today, where he will participate at the International Security Forum, to be held in Halifax.
Along with counterparts and senior representatives, President Thaçi will be one of the main speakers in this Forum, which brings together more than 300 representatives of 70 different states of the world.
President Thaçi, before many state representatives, prestigious institutes and security companies, will present the achievements of Kosovo as a factor of peace in the Balkans and Europe.
In the framework of the forum, President Thaçi will conduct various meetings with representatives of Canada, NATO and the participating states in this forum.
During these meetings, the President will seek the continuation of the support of these countries in strengthening the international subjectivity of Kosovo.
The International Security Forum in Halifax is known as an annual event that creates room for decision-makers to jointly find solutions to difficult issues, especially those that relate to global security.
