Today, on Constitution Day, we recall the long and painful sacrifice of our people, so that one day, in the constitution of our country, the dream of living free can be fulfilled.
On the anniversary of the Constitution, as every other day, we must act, behave and walk, as stated in the highest legal act: to preserve and protect the sovereignty, which derives from the people and belongs to the people.
