With this action, you are witnessing what must be witnessed by all of us as a society, the fact we must stand by people with special needs every day of our lives.
Each of our citizens is unique, possesses talent and possesses tremendous potential and has different perspectives.
It is essential that we create a society where everyone has equal opportunities to realize this potential and to contribute both to themselves, to their families and to our country.
Therefore, an initiative like this today is beneficial for everyone because people with special needs deserve to be active participants in the business world.
