The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on the eve of the new year, visited the Regional Police Directorate in North Mitrovica, and shared moments of joy with children on the New Year’s holiday, and together with them visited the businesses recently opened in the north.
President Osmani wrote:
On the eve of the new year, we visited the Regional Police Directorate in North Mitrovica, where I had the opportunity to express my deep gratitude to the women and men in uniform for their tireless work and dedication.
During this challenging year, they were the pillar of security and the unwavering defender of the sovereignty and integrity of our Republic. Thanks to their dedication, our state stands invincible in the face of every challenge.
During this visit, we shared moments of joy with our youngest, on the New Year’s holiday, and together with them we visited the recently opened businesses in the north that are contributing not only to the city’s economy, but also to the integration of all citizens, without distinction.
To all children and their families, of all ethnicities, I cordially wish you a Happy New Year, full of good health, prosperity and success! May 2025 be a year of peace and prosperity for all!
