Prishtina, October 22 nd ,2021 – The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani
received today the new non-resident Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the
Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Bhakavat Tanskul, on the occasion of the presentation of his
credentials.
President Osmani congratulated the ambassador on his new tenure and emphasized the fact that Kosovo is the only country in our region that has an embassy in the Kingdom of Thailand, while Ambassador Bhakavat Tanskul, the first appointee of this country to ours.
At the meeting, both sides agreed to increase the level of engagement, with a special focus on bringing the two peoples closer and increasing the exchange of experiences.
President Osmani stressed the possibility of cooperation with the Kingdom of Thailand in the field of tourism, while Ambassador Tanskul highlighted Kosovo's progress in the field of digitalization, seeing this potential area for cooperation.
