The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today the letters of credence of the new Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Vilmārs Heniņš.
During the reception ceremony, President Osmani welcomed Ambassador Heniņš and highly praised the friendly relations and close cooperation between Kosovo and Latvia.
According to President Osmani, Latvia is a powerful partner of Kosovo that has supported not only our state-building but also our membership in international organizations.
Madam President expressed her sincere gratitude for Latvia’s continued support to Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic path, emphasizing that this partnership will continue to deepen in areas of common interest.
