The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani received today the credentials of the non-resident ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Kosovo, Jabor Ali Hussein Al Hawashela Al Dosari, whom she congratulated on his tenure.
At the meeting, President Osmani expressed her appreciation for Qatar’s continuous dedication to the strengthening of bilateral relations with Kosovo as well as the contribution made in this direction over the years.
According to President Osmani, the relations between the two countries are very good, and in this context, she expressed her trust that they will intensify even further during the mandate of Ambassador Al Dosari.
President Osmani also expressed her confidence in the continuation of support from Qatar both in the process of Kosovo’s membership in international organizations and in strengthening Kosovo’s position in the international arena.
President Osmani and Ambassador Al Dosari also discussed the possibilities for cooperation in various fields, particularly in the fields of economy, agriculture, energy, healthcare and alike.
Also, many issues in the fields of bilateral cooperation, this year’s edition of the International Forum for Women, Peace and Security, as well as other important issues of mutual interest were discussed.
