President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today in a regular meeting the U.S. Ambassador, Jeffrey Hovenier.
During the meeting, they discussed recent developments in the country and in the context of bilateral cooperation. The approval of the Military Sales Program by the U.S. State Department was a particular focus of this meeting. On this occasion, President Osmani thanked Ambassador Hovenier for his continuous commitment and highly praised the work of institutions on both sides.
President Osmani and Ambassador Hovenier also discussed several other issues of common interest and reaffirmed the need and readiness for ongoing cooperation and coordination to achieve common objectives.
