The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani today received today the American Ambassador Jeffrey Hovenier at a regular meeting.
Developments in the country, in the region and beyond, the impact on the economy and in the field of security and the war in Ukraine were discussed at the meeting.
President Osmani sought the support of the United States of America in addressing the economic consequences of the rising food prices in Kosovo.
She also potentiated that the support of the United States is essential in deepening of the relations and cooperation with NATO, taking into account the legitimate goal of the Republic of Kosovo to be part of the North Atlantic Alliance, the Partnership for Peace program and the Adriatic Charter.
