The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, pursuant to the Constitution of Kosovo, has reached a decision to proclaim Wednesday, April 17th 2024 as a day of mourning, in memory of all women and girls killed in Kosovo as a result of gender-based violence.
The state mourning will last during the Wednesday, while the State Protocol is charged with carrying out all the necessary actions for the implementation of this decision.
