The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, accompanied by the ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Kosovo, paid homage to the tomb of the historic President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, on the 19th anniversary of his passing.

With pride and deep respect, together with representatives of the diplomatic corps, we paid homage in honor of the historic President, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, the man who led the people of Kosovo on the path to freedom and independence.
The founding father was distinguished for his far-sighted vision for a free, independent, democratic and a Kosovo integrated in the Euro-Atlantic family. He remains a symbol of peace and freedom and his glory is eternal!
