The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, along with the First Gentleman, Prindon Sadriu, and daughters Dua and Anda, paid tribute to the statue of the historical President, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, on the occasion of 24 May, the President’s Day.
“Independence was his ideal of life, which this generation and others after him are experiencing”, President Osmani wrote.
Today, President Osmani also visited the family of President Rugova.
“The door is always open for friends in the family of President Rugova. On the President’s Day, every year the reception is followed by the President’s cake, cooked exclusively for this day by the golden hands of Mrs. Fanë, to remember the founding father of the Republic”, President Osmani wrote.
