Europe Day is an opportunity to reflect on the values that unite us as European nations – freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law. These fundamental principles have been important pillars of the European Union since its formation, and it is precisely these values that Kosovo and its people have historically fought for and continue to defend today.
At this defining time, Europe Day serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of solidarity, unity and protection of each other. Let us use this moment to reflect on all the successes we have achieved so far and to reaffirm our unrivaled will toward new successes on the road to European integration.
Kosovo and its people have been, are, and will always remain the embodiment of these values. As we move closer to the European Union, our commitment remains unwavering as is our commitment to democracy, peace, human rights and the rule of law.
